Kevin J. Field – Building a World Class Culture

At Kevin’s former employer, he spearheaded a cultural evolution, reenergizing and cultivating a high-performing team that became known for service excellence. His “People Project” initiative fostered employee passion and delivered results. Productivity increased, employee turnover dropped by 6%, and the department achieved a consistent sense of urgency, delivering projects on time (up 25%) and within budget.

This was Kevin’s mission, priorities to cultivate a better environment, and his roadmap.

After the implementation, Kevin presented at the New York CHRO Summit and the New York CIO Conference so others could benefit.
